Volunteers

​

If you would like to volunteer but have no experience,

we will provide the training.   Once training is completed,

we schedule you when you feel most comfortable

to fulfill the role.  

​

If you enjoy singing, whether you're a beginner or experienced singer, 

we welcome you to become one of our Cantors (lead singers) at Mass.

Our organist, Chris Lytle,

is a very experienced musician and will walk 

potential volunteers through the process of becoming

one of Saint Mary's Cantors.  Chris is also great working

around a schedule that is best for you!

 

 

​The following are some of our volunteer positions:

 
EME - Extraordinary Minister of the Eucharist. 
Reader/Lector.
Altar Server - assist the priest at Mass.
Usher - take up collection & assist with seating.
Sacristan - Set up for Mass & clean up afterwards.
Make sure all ministers are present for Mass.
(Background check needed for this role.)
Money Counters - background check needed to for this role.

Greeter - greeting people coming to Mass
