Father Thomas Madden - Pastor
Born: S. Weymouth, MA April, 5, 1955. Ordination Date: May, 23, 1981 at St. Jude Cathedral, St. Petersburg, Florida. Family: 5th of 10 children. He comes from a thriving family that includes his baby sister's triplets. Education: Attended grade school at St. Patrick's in Largo, Clearwater Central Catholic High School, St. John Vianney Seminary in Miami, St. Vincent de Paul Theology Seminary in Boynton Beach with a Master of Divinity Degree and later at the University of South Florida where he graduated with a Master's Degree in Counseling. Special Interest: Florida hobbies - beach, shelling and seafood. Collection of Antique glass paperweights. He has a passion for Priestly ministry and a tender appreciation in walking people through death and dying situations.
Father Mikhail Kouts - Assisting Priest
Born in Ternotil, Ukraine Father Kouts was ordained in April, 1991.
Father Kouts is the pastor of St Andrew's Ukrainian Catholic Church in Brooksville. He also assists local parishes with their Mass schedules.
Father Kouts is the chaplain at Oak Hill Hospital where he tends to
the spiritual needs of patients who require a priest. Father Kouts'
presence at St Mary's is very much appreciated.
